Rising Stars (Attorney Development Program)
Kopka Pinkus Dolin has developed a lawyer-to-lawyer mentor program for our developing associates and legal apprentices to become successful insurance defense attorneys.
Rising Stars is KPD’s unique mentoring program with a focus on skills development, goal progression, mitigating risk, and knowledge. Each Rising Star candidate is assigned a mentor and a “buddy” to help develop both personal and professional goals.
Rising Stars will work directly with seasoned attorneys on actual cases, helping write briefs, participate in depositions, and more. The Rising Stars candidates will also partake in educational interactive classes ranging in topics from KPD’s core values and billing, to responding to written discovery and investigating a case.
