We have more than ten offices across the Midwest, all cultivating an atmosphere of mutual respect, honesty, integrity, and high ethical standards. Our firm has been RING (Recognizing inclusion for the Next Generation) Certified and has been recognized as a Top Workplace by the Chicago Tribune and Detroit Free Press and Top Places to Work in Indiana.
To better serve our clients’ needs, our firm is committed to recruiting and retaining diverse attorneys and staff. New employees are supported with an orientation program that covers the skills they need for their particular job and trains them on the firm’s case management systems and networking tools. We are also devoted to the ongoing development of our attorneys’ capabilities and provide periodic in-house training on software, hardware, and professional development needs.
Compensation and Benefits
Our attorneys and staff enjoy a competitive salaries and generous benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance for our employees and their eligible family members. We also provide life insurance and long-term disability insurance at no cost to our employees. Our Legal Apprentice Program
We are doing our part to help build the next generation of outstanding lawyers in the Midwest. Through our legal apprentice programs, we offer first-year and second-year law students a paid summer clerkship for hands-on experience. Third-year students can apply for a paid school-year internship with the goal of being placed with our firm after graduation. Our law clerks receive associate and partner-level mentoring, multidisciplinary training, marketing experience and professional development as they lay the foundation for a successful career in law.
Building the Next Generation of Leaders in the Law
As a regional law firm, we believe in embedding diversity and inclusion across everything we do. By investing in high-performing law students from historically underrepresented groups, we are able to drive innovation and create a more well-rounded legal community.
