Zachary C. Raibley

Zachary C. Raibley is a senior attorney at Kopka Pinkus Dolin’s Indianapolis office. His work focuses primarily on insurance defense and civil litigation. He represents employers, insurance companies, third-party administrators, major retail companies, and corporations across the State of Indiana. He also represents nationally known clients in both state and federal court and has experience working with claims of every type and size.

Zachary is experienced in handling a wide variety of insurance defense matters, including premises liability, automobile, product liability, wrongful death, and retail. He prides himself on working closely with each client to provide innovative solutions for each claim.

Prior to joining Kopka Pinkus Dolin Zachary clerked at the Indiana Tax Court for the Honorable Martha Blood Wentworth. He also held positions at private litigation firms in Bloomington and Indianapolis.
