Timothy W. Alberts

Tim implements a thorough yet aggressive approach representing employers of all sizes with their workers’ compensation matters. He handles standard and complex claims including permanent total disability, occupational disease, wrongful death, and more.

Prior to joining Kopka, Pinkus & Dolin, Tim gained significant experience in workers’ compensation defense with other respected Chicago defense firms, where he litigated cases at trial and appeal levels.

He graduated with honors and earned his Juris Doctor degree from John Marshall Law School. In his free time, Tim enjoys cheering on his beloved Chicago sports teams as well as spending time with friends and family.
