Susan J. McGinty
Susan J. McGinty focuses her practice on civil litigation and insurance defense, including first- and third-party claims, automobile negligence, premises liability, real estate E&O and agency matters, home insurance, and subrogation claims. Prior to joining Kopka Pinkus Dolin, Susan worked for a general practice law firm where she focused on civil litigation, insurance defense and real estate law, and as a solo practitioner, focused on civil litigation, family law, and bankruptcy.
Prior to practicing law, Susan worked in the financial services industry. Susan managed approximately $200 million in assets under management, and she performed equity research analysis for a mid-capitalization, value fund, with more than $500 million in assets under management.
Susan earned her Juris Doctorate from IU-McKinney School of Law in 2008, and she was a member of the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review. She earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Florida, and a Bachelor of Science Business Administration in Marketing, and Bachelor of Science Business Administration Equivalent in Accounting from the University of Florida.
