Rayan Harajli focuses her practice on all aspects of insurance defense. She has successfully defended clients with first- and third-party no-fault cases, personal injury protection benefits, and related automobile matters. She also has experience with construction and commercial litigation including drafting contracts, motions, and discovery requests.
Prior to insurance defense, Rayan focused her practice on commercial and construction litigation. Her experience includes litigation pertaining to contract disputes, condominium rights, collections, and fraud, among others.
Collectively, these past experiences have contributed to Rayan’s ongoing passion to practice law and promote client advocacy. Rayan draws upon her background in legal research and her negotiation skills to counsel her clients and reach favorable outcomes. When defending first- and third-party cases, she thoroughly reviews the claims to prepare a comprehensive strategy and litigation plan.
Rayan has also significant experience in pro bono work involving cruel and unusual punishment, land contracts, and name change issues. She was awarded the Archer Public Service Award from the Detroit Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan’s Honor Roll for her pro bono efforts.
