Joshua J. Thomas
Joshua Thomas currently focuses his legal career in insurance defense, including Michigan No-Fault litigation, and first- and third-party cases. Prior to coming to Kopka Pinkus Dolin, he represented Plaintiffs for three years, two of which included representing individuals throughout Metro Detroit in both first- and third-party cases. Joshua also has experience with provider cases for both DMC and Michigan Head and Spine.
Joshua has had success with a variety of clients in in first- and third-party cases where he was able to receive the policy limits. Additionally, while he provided counsel to his client, Joshua was able to dismiss a number of cases due to fraud and misrepresentation.
Joshua completed his Bachelor of Communication Studies at Wayne State University and went to Law School at Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He is also active at his local church.
