Georgia L. Hartman has been defending workers’ compensation cases since 2000. She also sat on the other side of the table and represented Plaintiffs in workers’ compensation claims. Her experience representing both sides of the table in workers’ compensation cases has given her unique perspective, experience, and ability in a variety of clients.
Throughout her career she has successfully taken dozens of cases to hearing before the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Board and has been successful in appealing Single Hearing Member decisions on behalf of her clients. Georgia has represented a wide variety of clients, including small businesses, large corporations, insurance carriers, and individuals. She has presented at Worker’s Compensation seminars for the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum and other providers of continuing legal education in Indiana.
Georgia received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Purdue University, her Master of Arts in Psychology from Northern Illinois University, and her Doctor of Jurisprudence, cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law.
