Diane R. Conley

Diane R. Conley focuses her practice on a variety of civil defense matters with an emphasis on insurance coverage, environmental matters, and bad faith litigation related to both personal and commercial lines. With over 22 years of experience, Diane provides her clients comprehensive advocacy through sensible advice on coverage issues and also strong resolve against any disputes that may arise.

Diane has extensive experience in other areas of insurance defense, including professional liability, consumer fraud, significant bodily injuries and mass torts. Her experience includes frequent appellate practice in the state and federal courts of Kentucky, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Before entering law school, Diane was on staff with the House Budget Committee for the United States House of Representatives in Washington, D.C.
