Daniel C. Mack focuses his practice on insurance defense litigation including claims in connection with first-party automobile accident, transportation, premises liability, slip-and-fall accidents, negligent security, employment law, coverage matters, and more. Daniel also has experience on complex legal and factual issues such as wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, fraud/rescission, uninsured/underinsured motorist benefits, bad faith claims, and multimillion-dollar claims. Daniel counsels his clients through all phases of litigation, from inception through final disposition.
Prior to joining Kopka Pinkus Dolin, Daniel represented plaintiffs in various civil litigation claims including personal injury matters, bankruptcy and collections, as well as HIPAA regulations and medical malpractice.
