Christine Riesner Bond focuses her practice primarily on civil defense litigation and insurance coverage. She handles a multitude of cases around the State of Indiana. She is involved in all aspects of litigation including mediations, jury trials, and appellate work. Her experience includes representing insurance carriers and corporations in handling cases involving insurance coverage, large loss construction defect cases, fire losses, wrongful death, real estate E&O and agency matters, automobile negligence, premises liability, and defamation. Chris also specializes in defending municipalities in a variety of claims.
Chris has been an active member of the Indiana State Bar Association service as the chair of the Women in Law Committee for 2015-2016 and 2016-2017. She serves on the Board of Visitors for the 21st Century Scholars at Marian University in Indianapolis and is an assistant coach for the Avon High School Speech and Debate Team. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and basset hound, Winston.
Due to her location, Chris is available to handle files out of both Indiana Kopka Pinkus Dolin offices: Crown Point and Indianapolis. Throughout her career, Chris has put the interests of her clients first and follows a team approach to litigation matters. Whether it involves client litigation protocols, understanding client goals and concerns, or providing counseling and guidance for clients from a litigator’s perspective, she makes meeting her clients’ needs a top priority.
