Carly Roseboom is an associate attorney in Kopka’s Indianapolis office. Carly focuses her practice on general civil litigation, including trucking, transportation, personal injury defense, and dram shop defense. She has experience in handling the many phases of litigation, from pre-litigation evidence preservation, to drafting pleadings, analyzing discovery, conducting and defending depositions, and negotiating settlements, whether it be informal, with a third-party mediator, bench trial, or appellate briefing.

Carly has also presented continuing legal education seminars, including a primer for analyzing personal injury claims and negotiating settlements with insurance carriers.

Prior to Kopka, Carly worked in-house for a major insurance company defending personal injury and property damage claims. She graduated from Indiana University with a B.A. in Political Science and subsequently attended and graduated Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2018.

Besides practicing law, Carly spends time at home with her daughters, husband, and pets. She also enjoys crochet project and reading thriller mysteries.
