Brian P. Frasier has been practicing law for more than 20 years specializing in insurance defense. His experience ranges from automobile accident defense, first- and third-party claims, UM/UIM, and PIP. He also handles bodily injury, wrongful death, fraud/EUO, dram shop claims, among other specialties.
Brian has the ability to develop creative litigation strategies from pre-suit, through trial, including appeals. He prides himself on his attention to detail during investigations, especially when investigating possible fraud scenarios. He also works closely with his clients to ensure they are using proper claims handling procedures and mitigating potential liability in complicated claims decisions.
Prior to joining Kopka Pinkus Dolin’s Farmington Hills, Michigan office, Brian worked for law firms in many capacities, including marketing, content writer, business development, associate, senior attorney, and partner.
