Brandon Koppin focuses his practice on the defense of civil lawsuits on behalf of insurance companies, TPAs, and businesses and has been practicing law since 2013. His primary focus is on Michigan No-Fault, PIP, and automobile accident defense. He also has experience with workers’ compensation and other matters.
Brandon Koppin has presented to clients on various issues relating to fraud perpetuated by medical providers in relation to the Michigan No-Fault Act. He has obtained numerous dismissals of both injured party and provider PIP lawsuits on the basis of fraud supported by concessions he obtained during deposition(s).
