Blair T. Titcomb is a partner in the Chicago office with a track record of successful litigation and favorable settlement outcomes in a diverse range of complex matters. Blair focuses her practice on construction defects and disputes, product liability, professional liability, transportation and trucking, complex commercial litigation, and general liability claims, including matters involving death, significant personal injuries, and catastrophic/large-scale loss. Blair represents individual and corporate clients in all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation counseling and investigation through post-trial motions.

In the construction arena, Blair has significant experience representing owners, architects, engineers, and contractors in complex, multi-faceted disputes involving construction and design defects, breach of contract claims, including project delays and disruption, cost overages, performance and payment disputes, and worksite accidents resulting in death or personal injuries.

Blair also defends manufacturers against product liability claims, including matters involving recalled food products, medical devices, and equipment, and has experience handling individual, collective, and mass tort litigation involving nationwide exposure.

In her professional liability practice, Blair defends architects, engineers, insurance brokers and agents, real estate professionals, and medical providers and institutions against allegations of professional negligence.
