Andrew Kraszewski is a defense attorney in Michigan with experience spanning automobile accident matters including uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, first- and third-party lawsuits, and PIP. He has managed hundreds auto-related claims during his career ranging from standard claims to complex high-profile cases.
In addition to his automobile accident, first- and third-party cases, Andrew has extensive experience handling healthcare matters, medical malpractice, property and casualty claims, homeowner and premises liability, and a variety of general liability matters.
He represents clients through all stages of litigation, from discovery to trial, ensuring strategic and thorough case management. His comprehensive approach and deep understanding of complex liability issues allow him to provide a strong defense for his clients.
Prior to joining KPD, Andrew G. Kraszewski was staff counsel for two nationally recognized insurance company and staff counsel for a statewide healthcare organization, responsible for redlining and negotiating managed care contracts with commercial and governmental health insurers.
During law school, Andrew was on the Moot Court Executive Team, Bailiff Committee, the winner of Michaelmas 2011 Intra-School Court Competition, and a Top Ten Oralist at the 2012 Whittier Law School National Juvenile Law Moot Court Competition. He was also involved in his Student Bar Association as a tutor, and a member of Delta Theta Phi.
