Allison M. Koltunchik represents a diverse range of insurance providers and self-insured entities, ensuring their interests are protected in litigation involving bodily injury, property damage, and commercial liability claims. Allison is committed to delivering high-quality legal services and achieving favorable client outcomes.

Prior to joining KPD, Allison worked at an insurance defense firm in Texas, where she specialized in insurance defense litigation, including commercial trucking, personal injury, and premises liability.

Allison received her law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Allison graduated law school with honors and was a recipient of the Ferd J. and Lottie Chmielnicki Endowed Scholarship, as well as the A. Vince Colella Civil Rights Scholarship Fund. During her time at Detroit Mercy, Allison was the Vice President of Lawyer’s Lending Hands, a community service organization, and was a member of the National Association of Women Judges. Allison also studied at Michigan State University – where she received her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and minors in philosophy and law. While there, Allison was an intern at the Ingham County Prosecutor’s Office and made the Dean’s List during several semesters at MSU.

In her free time, Allison enjoys spending time with her friends and family, being active outdoors, and spending summers on the lake up north.
