Stacey works on a variety of legal defense matters, including auto accidents, trucking liability, construction defects, premises and product liability, and personal injury defense. Stacey is admitted to practice in Indiana and Pennsylvania, as well as before the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
Stacey attended Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law as a Dean’s Merit Scholar. While in law school, she served as an Articles Editor for the Villanova Law Review and as treasurer for Villanova’s chapter of the Federal Bar Association. She was also a Dean’s Merit Scholar and competed in several moot court competitions. Immediately following law school, Stacey clerked for Judge Abigail M. LeGrow in the Delaware Superior Court, where she handled civil and complex commercial cases.

- Successfully persuaded the Johnson County Superior Court to grant summary judgment in favor of a used motorcycle dealer based on the Indiana Products Liability Act’s ten-year statute of repose.
- Obtained judgment in favor of the defendant in a small claims case concerning where the plaintiff alleged that the defendant gas station sold her the wrong type of fuel, which resulted in damage to her vehicle
- Successfully persuaded the Hamilton County Superior Court to deny partial summary judgment to the plaintiff as to the issue of negligence per se, on the grounds that the statutes plaintiff relied upon did not provide a basis for negligence per se under Indiana law.
