Louisville, Kentucky – Managing Partner Rob Hickey and Paralegal Heather Wuertz recently completed a trial in federal court in Louisville, Kentucky. Our client, an independent truck driver, conceded fault for the accident, but the parties disagreed on the value of the personal injury damages. After a three-day trial, the jury awarded less than two-thirds of Plaintiff’s last settlement demand.
